Welcome to Estherland Wagyu, the online store for premium Wagyu beef.  We are a family-owned and operated farm that raises 100% fullblood Wagyu cattle in the lush pastures of Easton, New York. Our Wagyu are fed a natural diet of grass and hay and are never given any hormones or preventative antibiotics. Our Wagyu are also certified by the American Wagyu Association, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity of our products.

Wagyu beef is renowned for its rich flavor, tenderness, and marbling, which makes it one of the most sought-after meats in the world.  Wagyu beef is also healthier than other types of beef, as it contains higher levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and monounsaturated fats. These beneficial fats can help lower cholesterol, prevent inflammation, and boost immunity.

At Estherland Wagyu, we offer a variety of cuts and products, from steaks and roasts to burgers and sausages. You can order online and pickup your wagyu at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market, or you can visit our farm and pick up your order in person.  We also provide recipes and tips on how to cook and enjoy your Wagyu to the fullest.

GRASS FED & FINISHED BEEF

Estherland Wagyu grass fed AND finished cattle are only fed grass -- no grain -- giving you some of the tastiest and healthiest beef in New York. Review our current cut selection here.  

PICKUP & DELIVERY

You can order from our inventory at any time.  We sell from our farm on Monday - Sunday by appointment only. We also sell our products at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. Please login and pick the most convenient pick up or delivery option for you.
